Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know before placing your order.

Ordering & Availability

Your order is not confirmed until a confirmation message has been sent and a 50% deposit has been received.

Availability is not guaranteed until confirmation is provided.

No. Order dates are only reserved once the required deposit has been received and confirmation has been sent.

Occasionally, depending on availability. However, due to the custom nature of my work, advance booking is strongly recommended.

Design & Customization

Yes. I love working from inspiration photos or ideas you have.

Every cake is handcrafted and uniquely created, and I will always communicate what is achievable within your vision before confirming your order.

Inspiration photos are always welcome and are used as a general guide.

Because every cake is handcrafted, no two cakes will be identical.

Colors, textures, and small details may vary slightly, and your cake will be a unique interpretation of the design.

Minor adjustments may be accommodated if requested no less than 72 hours in advance.

Changes requested within 72 hours of pickup or delivery may or be possible due to preparation and decorating schedules.

Significant design, size, or flavor changes may affect pricing and availability.

At this time, formal tastings are not offered.

Flavor options are available upon request, and I’m happy to help guide you toward selections that best fit your event.

Pickup, Delivery, & Cake Care

Pickup is available for all orders.

Limited delivery may be available depending on schedule and location.

Please plan to arrive within your scheduled pickup window.
If you are running late, please send a message as soon as possible.

Orders not picked up within 30 minutes without communication
may need to be rescheduled for the next available time.

Orders not picked up on the scheduled pickup date may be
considered abandoned and are not eligible for refund
due to the perishable nature of baked goods.

Cakes should be kept refrigerated until 1-2 hours before serving.

Keep away from direct sunlight and heat.

Store the cake on a flat surface and avoid placing it near warm appliances or windows.

Cakes are best enjoyed within 2-3 days when stored properly in the refrigerator.

For longer storage, slices can be wrapped tightly and frozen for up to 1 month.

Yes. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and store in an airtight container.

Thaw overnight in the refrigerator, then bring to room temperature before serving.

Once the cake leaves my care, I am not responsible for damage due to improper storage, transport, or handling.

While I take care in preparation, my kitchen is not allergen-free.

Products may contain or come into contact with common allergens such as dairy, eggs, wheat, nuts, and soy.
Because of this, I cannot guarantee against cross-contact.
